Roz Rickerby

Roz Rickerby is a marketing specialist with decades of experience and a customer-centricity mindset. Her work has produced – and been recognised for – lasting results in behaviour change, identity and customer experience.

Knowing that with the right expertise more businesses and organisations would be enabled to succeed, Roz established OSIN to draw on her methodologies and processes refined over time, leveraging outside-in perspectives and insights to achieve better outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

Affectionately known for her ability to get things done, Roz brings energy and positivity that builds problem-solving team momentum to even the most complex projects.
